We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, consultative sales experience
- Assist clients in selecting new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct engaging test drives and clearly explain vehicle features, including Toyota safety and technology systems
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Stay current on Toyota models, features, promotions, and financing/leasing options
- Accurately complete sales documentation and coordinate with finance and management teams
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive is an asset but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
