Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Repair or replace defective equipment or components
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with appliance repair, plumbing, welding, or other related skills is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
