We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and closing etail sales. The Salesperson will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, upselling products, and expanding our customer base through exceptional customer service and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients via phone, in person, and through digital channels to promote products and services
- Negotiate deals effectively to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress within CRM systems
- Assist in organizing sales events or promotional activities as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments
- Demonstrated success in high-end or dealership sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Background in customer service with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with upselling strategies and sales support functions is advantageous
