Toyota Plaza is looking for a motivated and career-minded Service Advisor, a key role in our busy dealership.
The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling required and recommended services pertaining to customers’ vehicles and will take on the role of front-line customer relations and service representative. This position requires the right person to have an exceptional work ethic with a solid understanding of the value of excellent teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Experience in the automotive service sector.
Strong customer service skills.
The ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to multitask.
The ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse environment.
Requirements for This Position:
Fluency in English speaking, reading and writing.
A minimum of two years of customer service experience.
A valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract.
Strong computer technology skills.
Post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
