Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Osmow's crew member would be ideal.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
