Our team has the opportunity to work across two distinct menus that celebrate fresh, local ingredients, refined technique, and bold, seasonal flavours. Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to Juneberry standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain an organized station
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and mise en place for service
- Follow recipes, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage inventory rotation, dating, and cleanliness
- Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties as required
Required Skills
- Experience as a line or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Culinary training is an asset but not required
