Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing online product listings, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations to support our growing e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and inventory management systems. Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer delivery expectations
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including construction-related activities when necessary
- Support shipping & receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform heavy lifting as required during order fulfillment and packaging processes
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and operational efficiency
Skills
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing, construction, or heavy equipment maintenance
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and inventory control
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and warehouse experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing product listings and inventory data
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, and load/unload machinery
- Knowledge of packaging standards for shipping products securely and efficiently
- Prior experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 is highly desirable
