POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
We are looking for WELDERS/ FABRICATORS, apprentices and journeypersons.
Required skills & Experience:
- Welders with FCAW/MCAW, MIG(hardwire), SMAW, and/or aluminum welding experience (at least two years)
- Process piping experience preferred
- CWB tickets preferred
- Saw cutting and hand plasma experience (not required)
- Fitting and layout skills (strong asset)
- Blueprint reading ability (training provided)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fabricate & weld custom assemblies (Blueprint & Build to Fit)
- Varied tasks ensuring your work is always exciting and challenging
- Participate in improving CHW’s quality and productivity by collaborating in continual improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with peers to keep learning and progressing in your trade
- Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor
