Seeking experienced carpenter with at least 5 years experience in custom home builds and additions with a positive attitude for various construction related projects.
- Must be able to work independently, take direction and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Maintain and organize all materials, tools and products on job sites.
- Measure, cut, assemble and join materials correctly.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subfloor and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
- Must be professional and provide positive and courteous customer service to clients.
- Must be able to communicate with co-workers in person and via text/calls.
- Must be able to do heavy lifting.
- Will need valid drivers license and a way to get to the job sites.
- Safety Boots required.
