The Impact You'll Make
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice our customers rely on. From offering expert advice on the right products to creating eye-catching displays, you’ll play a key role in making every shopping experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
What You'll Do
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to every customer.
- Advise customers on appropriate merchandise and related items to meet their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using our retail software.
- Create and maintain attractive merchandising displays.
- Assist with ticketing, replenishing merchandise, and cycle counting.
- Perform occasional heavy lifting when moving products or assisting customers.
- Be punctual, reliable, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.
What You'll Bring

- Reliability and punctuality—you’re someone your team can count on.
- Willingness to work every other Saturday (no late evenings or Sundays).
- Comfort with occasional heavy lifting.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
