About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and professional B2B Sales Appointment Setter to help us expand our outreach across Canada.
In this role, you'll connect with housing cooperative board members, property managers, and community representatives to introduce our services and schedule discovery calls for our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and generating opportunities through professional outreach. While this is not a closing role, your ability to create interest and book qualified appointments will directly contribute to company growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to housing cooperatives across Canada
- Engage decision-makers through phone calls, email, and other communication channels
- Introduce Softhouse.ai's services professionally and confidently
- Identify potential opportunities and qualify prospects
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the leadership team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and conversations
- Follow up with prospects when appropriate
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized and reliable with strong follow-up habits
- Previous sales, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or business development experience is an asset
- Experience with B2B outreach is beneficial but not required
