Title: Millwright Foreman (1 position available), Bin Building Foreman (1 position available)

Horst Systems is looking for TWO Skilled Foremen to lead and work alongside our crews installing grain handling and storage systems across the Winchester Area and Ontario.
These are working leadership roles for individuals who enjoy being in the field, solving problems on site, and taking pride in building systems that farmers depend on every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and work with a crew installing grain handling systems
- Assemble and install mechanical and structural components on job sites
- Read basic drawings and follow project direction from the Project Manager
- Solve practical issues on site as work progresses
- Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality installation work
- Travel across Eastern Ontario (occasional overnight stays required - company paid!)
- Work safely at heights (training provided)
- Operate tools and equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and other site machinery (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a Ticketed or Licensed tradesperson—but you do need strong field experience and mechanical ability.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in construction, agriculture, fabrication, mechanical work, or heavy labour
- Is comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding environments
- Has led crews on job sites
- Is mechanically inclined and good with tools
- Takes ownership of their work and shows up consistently
- Communicates clearly and works well in a team
- Can coach and set an example for junior members on the team
