- (Internal Title: Construction Management I)
- Preparing a wide range of confidential and general documentation, including correspondence, letters, memoranda, and reports for the CSM and field staff.
- Drafting and maintaining key construction documents
- Compiling and verifying information, formatting documents, and proof-reading for accuracy, grammar, and consistency in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence with contractors and other stakeholders.
- Managing document control processes, including creating and maintaining contract files and ensuring proper filing of documentation.
- Performing general administrative duties such as word processing, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating database records.
- Supporting site operations through organized record-keeping and timely administrative assistance
- Maintain complete records and logs of materials, equipment, deliveries, construction progress, and labor used, especially with claims or disputes (potential or actual)
- Escalate any unsafe practices to the Health and Safety Manager
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Participate in communication with internal and external stakeholders to support project construction activities
- Contribute to the administration of construction documents and correspondences
- Liaise with management and other team members on the development of required project documents through the various project phases
- Coordinate the development of constructability reviews and reports
- Complete any tasks assigned by Construction Management II or higher in an efficient and timely manner
- Working Conditions
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration.
- Registered for and seeking a recognized certification in the area of specialty

- Experience in a construction or project-based environment is considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with site staff and contractors.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn other Construction-related software on the job
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
