Sunvex Prime Logistics Ltd. is a growing Ontario-based transportation company operating dry van equipment throughout Ontario. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Independent Truck Dispatcher to help secure profitable freight, build broker relationships, and maximize truck utilization.
Responsibilities
- Source and book freight for company trucks.
- Negotiate competitive rates with brokers and shippers.
- Plan and optimize routes to minimize empty miles.
- Communicate with drivers regarding load details, pickup and delivery appointments.
- Track shipments and provide updates as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers.
- Ensure all load confirmations and paperwork are accurate and complete.
- Assist in resolving service issues and delays.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of truck dispatching experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario transportation and freight markets.
- Experience using load boards such as DAT, Loadlink, Truckstop, and Direct Freight.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Existing broker and shipper contacts are considered an asset.
Compensation
- Commission-Based Only
- Competitive percentage of gross revenue generated.

Pay: $35,500.00-$152,947.29 per year
