We are seeking a Parts and Service Advisor to join our team in Canada. This pivotal role is based in our independant repair facility, where you will assist customers with their vehicle needs, manage parts inventory, and ensure top-tier service delivery. Your contribution will help us uphold our reputation for excellence and foster long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide expert advice on parts and services required.
- Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely repairs.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- G Driver's License
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
