Position Summary
Dunk & Associates is seeking an HR & Occupational Health and Safety Consultant to join our Professional Services Team.
This position supports employers across Canada in the areas of Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, workplace compliance, and organizational best practices.
This is a full-time remote position. Limited travel may occasionally be required for meetings, training sessions, conferences, or client support activities.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually based on experience, qualifications, professional designations, and demonstrated competencies

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the manager of Professional Services, the HR & Occupational Health and Safety Consultant will:
· Respond to client inquiries regarding Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety matters
· Assist employers in understanding and meeting legislative compliance requirements
· Develop workplace policies, procedures, forms, programs, and compliance resources
· Support employers participating in the WSIB Excellence Program and other health and safety initiatives
· Assist with workers' compensation claims management and return-to-work processes
· Conduct legislative, regulatory, and best-practice research
· Deliver webinars, virtual training sessions, and educational presentations
· Participate in outbound client support and relationship management activities
· Assist clients with Systems 24-7 resources and tools
· Support the development of new programs, services, training materials, and workplace resources
· Maintain current knowledge of applicable legislation, standards, and emerging workplace issues across Canada
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will posses:
· A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, Business, or a related field
· A CHRP, CHRL, CRSP, CHSC, NCSO, or other relevant professional designation
· Minimum three to five years of related experience
· Strong knowledge of Human Resources and/or Occupational Health & Safety principles
· Experience interpreting workplace legislation and regulatory requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong customer service and relationship management skills
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities
· Strong research and analytical skills
· A Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and modern technology platforms
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment
· Ability to travel occasionally as required
Assets
· Experience delivering workplace training
· Experience with workers' compensation claims management
· Experience in consulting environments
· Bilingual English/French language skills would be nice to have
