XXI Chophouse is located within The Doctor's House in a sprawling estate in Kleinburg. Complete with gardens and fireplaces, this high-end steakhouse and chophouse serves fresh and aged organic and USDA beef, as well as fresh seafood selections.
What we're looking for:
A hard-working, communicative individual that pays close attention to detail and utilizes active listening skills to follow the process their Head Chef provides.
They always keep their station clean, tidy, and well-stocked to ensure food safety and high-quality dishes. We are searching for an individual that has great communication skills and showcases unwavering dedication to their craft.
Job requirements & responsibilities:
- Preparing food before meal service begins, including chopping vegetables, breaking down meat into serving sizes, making sauces and dividing herbs
- Setting up and stocking kitchen stations
- Cooking assigned foods during restaurant service while complying with senior chefs' instructions and recommendations
- Plating cooked foods
- Keeping food stations clean and organized
- Complying with mandatory food safety standards and regulations
