Goldenlink Academy is a well established private secondary school that specializes in providing Ontario Secondary School courses, ESL courses and tutoring. Our goal is to provide supporting environment and discover potential in all our students.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated math teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mathematics, as well as a strong commitment to educating students from Grade 7 to Grade 12.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging math/science lessons that align with the Ministry of Education requirements to the Ontario Curriculum standards for Grade 7 to Grade 12.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore mathematical concepts.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of math education within the school community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of math concepts and the ability to effectively communicate them to students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices.
