We are currently seeking a Technician – Procurement and Sourcing to join our procurement team. In this key role, you will actively contribute to external purchasing activities and provide operational support for outsourcing projects while ensuring strong coordination between internal stakeholders and suppliers. This position is ideal for an analytical, organized, and collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment where priorities evolve quickly and teamwork is essential to operational success.
What You’ll Do

Provide administrative and operational support for outsourcing and external procurement activities.

Coordinate and follow up on external purchasing requests from various internal teams.

Work closely with internal departments to efficiently support procurement needs.

Perform product analyses and comparisons based on cost, quality, lead times, and availability.

Maintain data integrity and ensure proper follow-up within SAP.

Prepare reports, analyses, and comparison tables using Excel.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of outsourcing and procurement processes.

Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Support the team with various operational procurement-related activities.

Requirements
-
College diploma (DEC) in Operations Management and Logistics or a related field, and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (an asset).

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, production, or a related field.

Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset).

Proficiency in Excel (analysis, tables, comparisons).

Experience with SAP or another ERP system (a strong asset).

Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).
