Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare cricket fields for league matches, ensuring equipment is organized and ready for games.
- Host meetings to discuss key rules, expectations, and match logistics with coaches, umpires, and volunteers.
- Complete comprehensive game reports at the conclusion of each match, documenting key details and outcomes.
- Develop and implement a program evaluation plan to assess strengths, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for program improvement and suggest internal enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with program staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure availability of necessary information and resources. Assist in program-related tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of league operations.
- Monitor the games by ensuring all games are played within the allocated timeframe.
- General administrative support and correspondence
- Communicate with parents and participants (e-mail and phone)
- Fluency in oral and written English and good communication skills;
- Player and team registration portal
- Coordinate umpires and scorers for matches, ensuring availability and scheduling for each game.
- Communicate schedules, match details, and guidelines to umpires, scorers, and volunteers in a timely manner.
- Address any issues or concerns related to volunteers, umpires, or scorers in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Must speak English
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to cricket fields
- Sports Background (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Job Types: Part-time (Contract - 8 weeks) - 35 hrs/week
