Schedule: This position is full-time, onsite with working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a confident, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for our customers and ensure smooth daily operations.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, supporting order processing, account management, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive customer experience. You will also assist with administrative tasks and accounts receivable, helping to maintain efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
- Promptly address customer and sales rep inquiries regarding styles, stock levels, and general questions via phone and email.
- Provide updated pricing, inform about sold-out styles, assist with sample sales, and support marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- New Accounts & Account Management: Assist potential new customers by sending all necessary information such as price lists and credit applications. Create and update customer accounts, including addresses, contact info, and account status.
- Vendor & Shipping Support: Ensure vendor guides are current, send updated guides to shipping department.
- Order Management: Process and confirm wholesale and web orders, communicate with customers about any issues. Generate pick tickets and packing slips and manage order entry via manual input and EDI.
- Inventory & Shipping: Process canceled orders, update inventory, coordinate local pickups, and oversee packing and shipping labels.
- Website & System Maintenance: Update styles, pricing and quantities. Assist with new system setups such as Sage, Web EDI, Shopify, and shipping procedures.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate internal reports, maintain sales rep lists, phone directories, and other internal documents.
- Manage import fees and assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed.
- Handle copier supplies and repair. During slow periods, assist with filing and year-end special projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
- University degree or College diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently with confidence and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
