About the role:
Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Put your skills to work in a role where every day helps customers enjoy their adventures. As a Receptionist, you will serve as a friendly, prompt, and professional first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
We’re looking for detail-oriented, reliable team players who thrive in a customer-focused environment that values quality service and technical excellence. If you’re ready to combine your customer service know-how with your love for the outdoors, this is the place for you!
As an Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for:

Efficiently and professionally answer and route telephone calls

Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and positive manner

Maintain accurate and complete administrative files

Appropriately process and direct incoming and outgoing mail
The selected candidate must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, but not Sundays!

Requirements:

1-3 years of customer service experience
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Extremely punctual and reliable
-
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

Intermediate computer skills
-
Courses, training or education in business, administration or accounting an asset
