Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation and relief from tension. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client care and promote overall health.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct and maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
- Outgoing, positive, and excited to join a friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary team.
- Self-driven and motivated to grow their practice.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
- Previous experience in a spa or clinical setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
