This job required being able to stand for long periods of time while in a hot environment. Must be able to lift a min of 50lbs. You will be responsible for following recipes and the direction of the chef. You must always maintain a clean and safe working environment. The candidate must also obtain a food safety course. Must be able to keep pace during ala carte service while maintaining quality.
