Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or management roles with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
- Experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities.

- Bachelors Degree - Insurance or Business Management Related
- 3-5 years insurance sales management industry experience
- CIP Certification in BC

Pay: $64.18 per hour
