Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Hairstylist to join our Salon. In this role, you will contribute to creating beautiful styles for our loyal clientele while upholding our standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling and cutting services to clients.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the salon.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Support team members in daily salon operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk presence.
Qualifications
- Valid Hairstylist License for Ontario, Canada.
- Registered with College of the Trades
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Proven experience in hair styling and cutting.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures.
- Ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor, and team-oriented attitude.
