Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces to ensure high-quality workmanship and durability.
Responsibilities:
- Place, level, and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces
- Operate hand and power tools such as trowels, screeds, floats, and grinders
- Set forms and ensure proper alignment and depth
- Apply sealing compounds and curing agents
- Repair and patch concrete as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite
- Work closely with site supervisors and other crew members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools
- Ability to read and follow instructions and site plans
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in commercial or residential construction
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Safety certifications (an asset)
Shift: Morning & Afternoon (both available)
