The Role
We are looking for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. This job posting is for a vacant position on our team.
As a Turnover Cleaning Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to work in Airbnb, residential, and commercial spaces from jobs that require regular maintenance cleanings to deep cleaning and staging units for move-ins or guest stays.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $18–$22/hour
- Trial period: you will operate as an independent contractor, jobs will be paid via E-transfer within 2 weeks of job completion. Once your trial period ends you will be paid via direct deposit to your selected bank account.

Responsibilities
- Perform top-to-bottom cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
- Completing laundry and bed-making for turnover cleans
- Moving light to medium furniture (beds, couches) to clean underneath/behind
- Following checklists and reporting completed work via photo updates
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or hospitality)
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone with reliable data (must be able to send/receive photos without WiFi)
- Strong attention to detail — you notice the cobwebs in corners others miss
- Excellent communication — respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails
- Ability to accept feedback and meet our 5-star standards
- Fluent in English
Quality Standards
If a clean is not completed to our standard, you must be willing to return and correct the issue (e.g. cobwebs, streaks, missed areas) without extra pay. This is rare, but non-negotiable — our name is on every job.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
