We are hiring for our summer camp program!
Are you a reliable, fun, and energetic person who enjoys spending time with children and helping them grow, develop, explore, and have fun? Our recreational program includes a variety of games, activities, and crafts throughout the day, with programming based on children’s interests.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, work well in a team, be able to multitask, and learn routines quickly.
Starting full-time the week of June 22–26, staff will participate in training and preparation to ensure they are ready to welcome children for the summer program. Our core summer camp runs from June 29 to August 7, with closures on July 1 and August 3.
Requirements:
- Early Learning and Child Care Certification (required)
- Valid police security clearance completed within the last 6 months (required)
- Must be between 18–30 years of age (Canada Summer Jobs grant requirement)
- Must be eligible to work full-time hours for the duration of the summer program
