Accounts Payable (AP) Lead
Location: Vancouver, BC
Work Model: In-office (no remote arrangement)
The Role
The AP Lead is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle while ensuring accuracy, strong controls, and positive vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoice processing, approvals, and payments
- Maintain vendor records and resolve payment issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval workflows
- Support month-end close and audit requests
- Identify opportunities to improve AP efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Experience with ERP systems and high invoice volumes
- Comfortable working fully in-office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
