Position Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Job Summary
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations and the welcoming face of our showroom. You will manage the office, assist walk-in clients, handle essential pricing and estimates, and provide all-around support to ensure the business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Management: Keep the showroom tidy and presentable; greet and assist walk-in customers between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Office Organization: Maintain files, manage correspondence, and streamline daily office administrative procedures.
- Pricing & Estimating: Assist with project pricing, prepping quotes, and organizing customer files.
- Team Support: Act as an all-around team player, helping with administrative tasks to support ownership and the installation teams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or retail construction/home improvement environments is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with spreadsheets, emails, or quoting software is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
