Qualifications:
· 5+ years of production management or supervisory experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and/or food manufacturing
· Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, HACCP, and quality systems
· Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
· Production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing process experience
· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/manufacturing systems
· Preferred Qualifications:
o Diploma or degree in a related field
o Experience with blending, encapsulation, or supplement packaging
o Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement
o Strong data analysis skills for process optimization
o Experience with Sage X3 ERP

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Production Manager is responsible for actively leading and supporting members of the Operations Team. Specific duties include:
o Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and customer demand
o Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, HACCP, and health & safety regulations
o Monitor production KPIs including efficiency, downtime, waste, and OEE
o Coordinate production schedules with warehouse, QA, purchasing, and maintenance teams
o Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors, and operators.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
o Maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and inventory usage
o Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging supplies to avoid delays
o Partner with QA/QC teams to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards
o Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
o Support new product launches, scale-ups, and validation activities
o Work closely with maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
o Prepare production reports and track KPIs
o Promote a safe, efficient, and high-performance work environment
Remuneration
· Salary of $74-$85k (depending on experience)
