OMS Montessori is seeking a full-time Montessori Lower Elementary Guide to join our established and thriving Montessori community. We are looking for a passionate and reflective educator who understands the developmental needs of the second plane of development (ages 6–12) and is committed to fostering independence, curiosity, responsibility, and joyful engagement through authentic Montessori practice.
The ideal candidate is deeply grounded in Montessori philosophy, values the prepared environment, and views themselves as a guide who supports each child’s intellectual, social, and emotional development within a collaborative, multi-age classroom.
