We are looking for a friendly, hard-working Barista to join our team, who is able to multi-task and take direction well.
Job Qualifications
- Must have open availability according to business hours
- Must be able to work FULL TIME beyond summer long term
- Able to start immediately
- Past related experience preferred
- Familiar with bubble tea industry
- Fast learner
- Excellent communication skills and practical interpersonal skills
- Creative, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
- Cashier: Use of POS/Merchant system and handling of cash properly
- Preparing drinks following company’s recipes and customers modifications
- Follow guidelines handling food and drinks
- Cleaning and other tasks
Pay
- Starting $18.60/hr with possible pay increases, as well as bi-weekly bonus based on performance
Pay: From $18.60 per hour
Work Location: In person
