Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in installation work, demonstrating proficiency in various maintenance person tasks. This role requires the ability to perform with scaffold and utilize hand tools effectively. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to project specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute installation tasks according to project specifications and blueprints.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for various installation projects.
- Utilize caulking and other sealing materials to ensure proper finishes and weatherproofing.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar maintenance person role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.
