VERSACE – Retail Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a polished, fashion-forward Store Support Associate to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations within a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will have previous selling or retail experience in a high-end or luxury setting, a strong interest in fashion and current trends, and the confidence to engage with clients using strong product knowledge and communication skills.
This role will spend the majority of the day on the sales floor supporting the sales team, while also flexing into back-of-house and operational duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be professional, adaptable, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team on the sales floor and assist with client coverage
- Greet and engage clients professionally while providing a welcoming experience
- Speak with clients and assist with basic product inquiries until a Sales Associate is available
- Use product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends to provide recommendations
- Support BOH operations, including pulling, organizing, and putting away merchandise
- Assist with cleaning and general store organization as needed
- Flex between FOH and BOH responsibilities based on daily business needs
- Maintain a polished and professional presence throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with the team to support an exceptional client experience
Requirements
- Previous selling or retail experience in a high-end or luxury environment
- Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable engaging directly with clients
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Flexible and willing to support both FOH and BOH operations
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must successfully clear a background check before starting
Position Details
- Hours: Shifts will vary
- Pay: $20/hour
- BGC: Required

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
