Summary
As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be essential in providing reliable roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services to our customers. Your core skills in customer service will ensure a positive experience. Additionally, your relevant experience in commercial driving, insurance & bodyshop pickups will enhance your ability to perform this work. Communicating in French is an asset, not a requirement. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle recovery and towing.
- Respond to service calls and transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Ensure all towed vehicles are securely attached and transported without damage.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Tow Operators License.
- Z endorsed License or equivalent.
- Clean driving abstract.
- Previous experience in towing or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work five days a week, with occasional weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
