Fahel & Co is Ottawa's fastest-growing property management company and we are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team to support our growing portfolio and daily operations!
The Position:
We are looking for an organized and skilled contractor who is capable of performing property maintenance on a full-time basis.
Types of work - examples include but is not limited to:
- Patching and drywall repairs
- General plumbing maintenance
- Demolition
- Flooring installation
- Interior painting
- Minor appliance repairs
This role is highly flexible and best suited for the following candidate:
- 3+ years of handyman/woman experience
- Background in residential property management / construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
- Compensation to be offered based on experience.
Work remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Experience:
- maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- residential maintenance or handyman/woman: 3 years (required)
- Property management: 1 year (preferred)
