TREK Engineering Inc. is a Manitoba owned and operated engineering consulting firm providing environmental, geotechnical, and water resources engineering services in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Ontario, Nunavut, and Yukon.
TREK Engineering Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to join our dynamic finance team for a 6 month term (which could lead to a permantent position). In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our employee-owned engineering consulting firm. The Receptionist/ Administrator will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Duties
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls, and manage customer inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Arrange couriers and freight
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Strong office experience with proficiency in standard office software (MS Office Suite)
- Experience in an ERP system is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
