We are looking for outgoing, energetic, and reliable individuals to represent our team inside busy Home Depot locations.
This is a customer engagement and lead generation role. You will speak with shoppers, introduce them to a complimentary home water quality consultation, and help book qualified appointments for our consultation team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage Home Depot shoppers in a friendly, professional way.
- Introduce customers to a complimentary home water quality consultation.
- Collect basic customer information and help book qualified appointments.
- Use a provided tablet or phone during your shift.
- Represent Swift Home Improvement professionally inside partnered retail locations.
- Work toward clear shift-based performance goals.
- Create a positive first impression for homeowners and retail customers.
Requirements
No previous experience is required. Training is provided.

- Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Professional in appearance and attitude.

- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the store during shifts.

Work Hours and Schedule
This position offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Available hours range from 18 to 40 hours per week.
