Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to ensure a safe environment
- Upsell retail products to clients to enhance their experience and increase salon revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon products
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Expertise in hair styling, coloring, and treatment techniques
