We are looking for a DISHWASHER to join our BOH team!!!
Reporting to the BOH Manager and FOH Manager, the Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and restaurant environment. This includes washing dishes and kitchen equipment, removing garbage, cleaning floors, and supporting the kitchen line when needed. The Dishwasher plays an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and contributing to a positive guest experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up and maintain the dish station, including dish machines and sinks

Wash, dry, stack, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers

Remove garbage and recycling throughout the shift and at closing

Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and safety

Assist the kitchen line during service when needed

Support with light food prep tasks

Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef, BOH Manager, or FOH Manager
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum one year of previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant is required

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to go up and down stairs to the basement as required

Able to work efficiently in a busy environment

Organized and able to multitask

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
-
Availability for Full-Time or Part-Time shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
