Job Overview
Glizzy’s Indoor Golf is a locally owned indoor golf facility in southeast Calgary. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team member to help create a fun and welcoming experience for our guests and help create community and culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, hospitality, community and golf. Applicants will be contacted by e-mail.
Duties
- Welcome and assist customers with golf simulators (training provided)
- Manage schedules and bookings (online, phone, and in person)
- Prepare and serve food and beverage as well as manage inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Assist with social media, marketing/promoting and event planning
Requirements
- ProServe certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, dependable, organized and motivated
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Basic PC knowledge
Bonus Skills (Assets)
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail
- Experience with booking, scheduling and POS systems
- Interest in golf culture, marketing/social media and event planning
- Web design, graphic design

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
