We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join one of our client's warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, load, and unload materials while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety regulations.
Shift: Night Shift(5 pm to 1:30 am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift equipment (reach, counterbalance, or other types as required) safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks
- Perform order picking and put-away tasks
- Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory
- Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company health and safety policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of forklift operating experience
- Valid forklift certification/license
- Experience operating reach and/or counterbalance forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.50 per hour
