Purpose
The Receiver I is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt of incoming shipments to the warehouse. This role ensures the quality and quantity of all incoming goods are verified and properly documented.
Responsibilities

Unload incoming shipments from trucks and trailers.

Inspect incoming shipments for damage, quantity, and quality.

Verify order accuracy against purchase orders and other relevant documentation.

Record all receiving information accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS).

Product Handling:

Sort and organize received products according to established procedures.

Place received products in designated storage locations.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
Skills

Physical Strength: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
