ANVI SERVICES LTD is currently seeking a results-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a direct support to Project Managers in coordination of multiple projects and service requests, including executing project plans and coordinating site activities
- Track and document correspondence, change and purchase orders
- Participate in the tracking of project milestones and maintenance of project schedule
- Prepare for project close out by collecting warranties, manuals and other documents
- Issue purchase orders for materials used on construction sites
- Coordinate and liaison with trades, sub-contractors, suppliers, clients and consultants
- Perform general administrative and recordkeeping functions including the review and distribution
- of documentation; preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes; maintenance of files, logs,
- drawings, specifications, submittals and RFIs
- Maintain project/service request database and prepare reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Prepare proposal for various project prequalification for upcoming projects.
Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple details, prioritize and handle high volume of time critical commitments, simultaneously
- Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently of direct supervision in a team environment across multiple organization levels
- Self-motivator and responsible attitude
- Hands on experience on HVAC, Plumbing and controls works are preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Post-Secondary Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
- Driver's License G
