Production Coordinator - Apparel

Company Overview:
A dynamic and energetic apparel manufacturing and importing company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator. This role requires proficiency in technical pack building and a solid understanding of the apparel production process from concept to execution.
Position Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in pattern making would be an asset
- Strong skills in building detailed technical packs (TP) and following up fitting and detail instructions
- Professional Skills:
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Efficient and able to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to multitask
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Dynamic and energetic team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
Experience:
- 3+ years of working experience in a related field
Position Responsibilities:
- Report to and assist the production team with sample and bulk order follow-ups
- Continuously liaise with designers/buyers and production floor supervisors to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Monitor and execute production planning to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Compile daily productivity reports and prepare forms for each production dispatch
- Manage and maintain inventory of all materials for the production floor
- Monitor product quality to ensure it meets company standards
- Collaborate with all departments within the company in a cooperative and professional manner
