We are looking for responsible, motivated, dedicated employees join our staff as warehouse worker who can cut the tuna.
Position Summary
Participates in a variety of order preparation and warehouse work, and in the delivery of products to customers. Verifies products from the warehouse and loads and unloads vehicles. Delivers products daily to customers.
Basic Job Description
- Pick, process, and pack fresh, frozen, or dry products according to customer specifications.
- Drives truck to pick up products from suppliers or deliver products to customers.
- Checks products and assembles them according to customer orders.
- Loads and unloads products into and from truck.
- Reviews invoices and matches them to ensure that orders are accurate and locates missing products and/or initiate corrections.
- Provide professional customer care/service upon delivery and other occasion.
- Completes daily logs, equipment reports, trip reports, and any other documents as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and/or by the company.
- Periodically participates in other warehouse cleaning, sanitation and/or product handling.
- Organize inventory.
- Receives shipments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carrying more 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid driver license with an excellent driving history
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Reliability
- Able to read English and do basic math.
Hours
- Full time, 40 hours plus available overtime
- Typical day starts from 7 AM and ends around 3 PM (hours may vary)
- Rotating Saturdays
- Full Time or Part Time
