This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a professional and welcoming environment. The Lash Artist will also engage in retail sales and upselling to promote our premium products and services, ensuring a comprehensive client experience.
Please Note: Applicants must have minimum 1 year experience in classic, hybrid and volume
Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on the latest lash extension trends, techniques, and products
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lash Artist with expertise in eyelash extensions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
- Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is a plus
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and lash extension techniques preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
