Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts
- Support the serving team by delivering prepared dishes promptly and accurately
- Follow proper food storage protocols to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
Skills
- Previous experience in cooking or restaurant operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and food service operations is advantageous

Pay: $17.60 per hour
